 Meet Marilyn Marilyn is the woman who does the Oklahoma Quiltworks mailing to our customers all over the United States. "I love doing it because it makes me feel somehow connected to all of those names and addresses," she says. Marilyn has been with the shop since 1995. Marilyn and her husband Bill have three grown children: Shelby, Lynne and Andy. They are also the proud grandparents of three young girls: Regan, Addie, Hayes, and Lucille. She began quilting after the two daughters were grown, and the youngest, Andy, went away to college. She had learned to sew from her mother when she was a child and she later took classes at Quiltworks. While playing with her granddaughters keeps her plenty busy, Marilyn also enjoys needlepoint, knitting and OU football. |
