CALLING ALL KAMPERS (BOYS & GIRLS) WHO HAVE ATTENDED KAMP BEFORE
PICK OUT YOUR OWN FABRICS! AND COME SEW A NEW QUILT

If you have a child who has taken our class before but isn’t yet able or wanting to move to the more advanced classes, this class is for them! We will continue on with the basic fundamentals of the sewing machine (using our sewing machines – please don’t bring yours). They will choose 7 of their favorite fabrics and sew them together to make a throw size quilt. On an individual basis, if finished with the quilt early enough, each child will also make a travel pillowcase!! What a great way to spend a lazy summer afternoon.

 We provide the pattern, you choose 7 fabrics, (precut before class) and backing. We will be splitting the batting, to be more cost effective, so there will be a small fee for that at class time. If you need us to cut your fabrics per the pattern instructions, we are happy to provide that service, but need a week’s notice and a fee of $5.00 per student.
