If you like Log Cabin Quilts, you will love Jane Millers’ The French Braid Quilt. This technique uses a variation of cornerstones and logs to create a stunning run of fabrics. Most of the cutting and sewing involves strips and rectangles. Choose from two methods; ‘The Basic French Braid’ or ‘The Center out Method’. You may want to add a separator band, or just join the braids together. Part I will focus on cutting and piecing our braids. Part II will focus on assembling the braids together.
